Why we’VE developed our own products

We know what needs to be done to create sustainable plant-only foods for the future.
But our goal is to work collaboratively with the world's retailers, food manufacturers and ingredient companies, and we know that for them there's a world of difference between knowing the theory and seeing that theory put into practice.
And so we took it upon ourselves to show how it's done by creating our own range of clean products, pushing ourselves to match the highest standards that we hold others to.
 
Using Charaka, we've been able to research, develop and commercialize the world's cleanest burger mixes and burgers, baking mixes, ice creams and protein bars in less than 20 months.
We are able to replace animal-based ingredients including milk and eggs and all additives like gums, stabilizers, emulsifiers, anti-freezing & anti-caking agents, binders, etc. with plant-only ingredients high in nutrition and free of additives, gluten, soy, cholesterol and trans fats.
We source our ingredients close to where we produce, and produce close to where we sell following fair-trade and circular-economy principles. further reducing the environmental impact of what we make.
We are able to create localised formulations based on available plants in each new market.
And we have been able to ensure that the packaging is compostable.

This Privacy Policy sets forth the terms under which The Live Green Company SpA ("TLG") treats personal data that is provided by natural persons ("Users") when using the website www.thelivegreenco.com ("Website").
1. What data is processed and for what purpose?
1.1 Technical Data
When visiting the Website, technical data is temporarily collected from the Users' computer or device in order to display the contents of the Website to the Users and to ensure its proper functioning. This data may include the IP address of the computer or device used, the date and time of access, the specific page visited, the amount of data transferred, the language and version of the browser software used or the operating system of the computer or device. If Users connect from a mobile device, information such as the individual identifier of the device and data about its configuration, such as screen resolution, may be collected. This data processing is done automatically and is necessary to allow the correct functioning and display of the Website.
1.2 Data processed when contacting TLG and to receive newsletters
If Users contact TLG, the data they provide will be processed for the purpose of processing their inquiry and for future related inquiries.
In addition, when Users register to receive promotional communications, information or technical documentation, TLG uses the contact data to send them such information, in order to fulfill the request and provide them with information that may be of interest. In any case, Users may request not to be contacted for these purposes, following the instructions specified in each promotional communication.
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies
In order to optimize the Users' experience, cookies are used on the Website. Cookies are small encrypted text files that are stored in the Users' browser directories. Cookies collect information and technical details about the Users' navigation (e.g. IP address, pages visited, menu choices, specific information entered in forms).
